Our turmeric is grown organically in Northern Nigeria by the famed southern Kaduna rhizome farmers. It is hand harvested, cleaned, sun dried and stone ground fresh.
Our ethos is to work with nature hence we practice symblotic agriculture. Our turmeric is irrigated using rainwater thus amplifying its flavour and aroma.
Additionally, our turmeric is left to go through a curing process in the soll before harvesting, avoiding the bitter, chalky, off flavours of low grade turmerlc and putting our seasonal harvest turmeric in a league of its own.
